27.39.090 BUILDING LINE AND SETBACK STANDARDS.

Building line and setback standards shall be as designated in Section 27.38.100 except as follows:

(1) A setback of up to ten (10) feet for landscaping may be provided within front or street side yards. New development shall be built to the property line where a structure on an abutting property, on the same side of the street, is built to the front or street side property lines.

(2) On streets not designated as Required Retail Frontage, a building may be set back from the street to accommodate the following uses:

a. automobile service stations, subject to the standards contained in Chapter 27.77;

b. fast food restaurants with drive-through facilities, subject to the standards contained in Section 27.39.030.
