8.32.040 PERMIT—APPLICATION—INSPECTION OF PREMISES.

Immediately upon receipt of the application mentioned in Section 8.32.020, the Building Division representative shall forthwith inspect the premises. If the Building Division representative deems it necessary, he or she will request inspection by the health officer.
