27.38.050 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING.

Automobile parking and loading facilities shall be provided as required or permitted in Chapter 27.64. Parking requirements for residential uses may be satisfied by a contract with the CPID or payment of in-lieu fees, provided at least one (1) parking space per unit is provided on-site.
