27.14.050 SECURITY.

No permit shall be issued until the applicant posts security to assure that relocation assistance payments will be made. Said security shall be a performance bond, letter of credit, certificate of deposit, or the like in an amount equal to the total relocation assistance payments anticipated. Applicant may apply for a total or partial release of said security when payments have been made to at least 50% of eligible tenants.
