27.14.030 APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT.

At the time of application for a permit to proceed with an activity listed in Section 27.14.010(a)(1)—(4) applicant shall submit a certified list of his or her residential tenants along with the monthly rent being paid for each respective residential unit. Applicant shall also specify any rental changes that were implemented within 90 days prior to the date of application.
