5.04 Unexpended and Unobligated Funds.

Unexpended and unobligated funds shall be held in reserve for contingencies or other purposes as determined by council. Funds held in reserve may be appropriated by resolution of the council, including, but not limited to, the annual budget resolution. (Res. No. 66 § 3, eff. 11-7-17)
